This Privacy Policy sets out how personal data of visitors to varnis.com.ua is processed. The data controller is VARNIS UKRAINE LLC (EDRPOU 44623913), hereinafter the “Company”.
2. Data we collect
We process data you voluntarily provide through the request form: name, company name, email, phone number, enquiry direction and message text. We do not collect excessive data.
3. Purpose of processing
The data is used solely to handle your request, prepare a commercial proposal and contact you. We do not use it for automated decision-making and do not sell it to third parties.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given when submitting the form, and on the Company’s legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
5. Third parties
To deliver form messages we use the Web3Forms service as a data processor. Data may be processed on the service provider’s servers solely for the purpose of delivering your enquiry.
6. Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to handle the request and subsequent communication, after which we delete or anonymise it.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email us at ua@varnis.company.
8. Cookies
The site may use technical cookies necessary for its correct operation. Analytics or advertising cookies are used only with your consent.
