Ready boiler houses 2–28 MW
Turnkey packaged hot-water boiler houses on natural gas (with liquid-fuel capability). Scaled to the required thermal output by combining standardised modules.

FG-W hot-water boilers
Three-pass, water-cooled furnace with economiser; efficiency up to 93%.
MB monoblock burners
One per boiler, electronic fuel-air control, VFD fan.
Automation
Boiler and master control: CH₄/CO detection, emergency shut-off, 7″ panels.
Water treatment
Duplex softener with continuous supply, expandable.
Pumps & separators
Booster station, air and (magnetic) dirt separators.
Piping & insulation
Prefabricated pipework, insulation, flue-gas outlet.
Enclosure building
Sandwich-panel frame, fire doors, sectional gate.
Power supply
Industrial voltage stabiliser sized to the plant.
Options: Gas cogeneration unit / generator in a soundproof enclosure · Uninterruptible power supply (UPS).

In the FG-W boiler type the number = thermal output in kW (FG-W2000 = 2 MW). One burner per boiler.
Included vs separate
Supply covers the complete boiler-house equipment set. Separately (as part of VARNIS services or by agreement): on-site installation, chimney, connection to heat/water/gas networks, approvals, commissioning.
